Start with the objective, not the specification.
Tell us what the business needs to do differently. We will tell you what it would take, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right partner for it — before anyone writes a proposal.
Tell us about the engagement.
The three qualification fields — objective, project size and timeline — are what let us give you a useful answer quickly instead of a discovery call that establishes nothing.
What happens next
- Within two business days — we respond with an honest read on fit.
- Thirty-minute call — objective, constraints, project size and timeline, with the people who would deliver.
- NDA — before any detailed discussion of your operation or commercials.
- Discovery proposal — scope, duration and fixed price for the assessment stage.
- Then, and only then — a build proposal against a plan we both trust.
Useful to have ready
- The commercial objective, in your own words
- What triggered this now — a season, a contract, a funding round, a failure
- Systems already in use, and which of them must stay
- Who owns the decision, and who else must agree
- Any date that is genuinely fixed
On pricing
We do not publish package pricing. Engagements are scoped after discovery, because the same request can mean a two-week intervention or a six-month programme depending on what is behind it.
We do give indicative ranges early. Nobody benefits from three meetings that end in a mismatch of expectations.

Accra, and wherever the operation actually is.
We are headquartered in Accra and work across Ghana and West Africa, with clients and partners in Canada and internationally — including companies establishing operations in African markets for the first time.
What buyers ask us first.
What happens after I submit this?
We respond within two business days. If the fit is clear, we propose a thirty-minute call with the people who would run the engagement. If it is not, we say so and, where we can, point you to a better-suited option.
Do I need a specification?
No. A clear business objective is more useful than a specification, and often produces a better and cheaper solution than the one originally imagined.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any detailed discussion of your operation, systems or commercial position. Send yours or ask for ours.
What if we are not ready to commit?
That is normal and it is fine. Many conversations start as an assessment of whether a programme is worth doing at all. A paid discovery is designed exactly for that decision.
Can we start with something small?
Often that is the right approach — one process, one system, one channel. What we will not do is start a large programme without discovery, because that is where the expensive mistakes are made.
