We work where operations are complex and service is the product.
Sector knowledge matters because it shortens discovery: we already know where the money leaks, which processes resist automation, and which constraints are regulatory rather than negotiable.
Hospitality
What we typically find. Rooms, point of sale, stock, maintenance and finance run on separate systems, so the daily position is always assembled after the fact — and guest experience depends on which staff member is on shift.
The outcome we aim at. A single operating picture per property and across the group, with guest-facing surfaces that feed the same record.
What we build here
- Integrated property, POS and inventory operations
- Guest booking, in-room service and table ordering
- Housekeeping, maintenance and service ticketing
- Group-level reporting across properties

Retail & Commerce
What we typically find. Stock counts disagree with the system, pricing is inconsistent across branches, and online and offline channels each keep their own version of the truth.
The outcome we aim at. Stock and revenue you can trust at branch, channel and group level.
What we build here
- Multi-branch inventory and pricing control
- Online channels that reconcile with the books
- Order, fulfilment and delivery workflow
- Margin and shrinkage visibility by branch and product

Real Estate & Development
What we typically find. Enquiries arrive across channels and are lost, unit and payment status lives in spreadsheets, and clients call the office for information they should be able to see themselves.
The outcome we aim at. A pipeline you can forecast and clients who can serve themselves.
What we build here
- Enquiry-to-sale pipeline and agent workflow
- Project, unit and inventory management
- Client portals for documents, statements and payment status
- Handover, snagging and facility workflows

Professional Services
What we typically find. Client knowledge lives in individual inboxes, matter and case status is unclear, document versions multiply, and utilisation is reconstructed at month-end.
The outcome we aim at. Institutional memory, consistent delivery and reporting the partners trust.
What we build here
- Client intake, conflict checking and onboarding
- Matter, case and project workflow with document control
- Time, billing and utilisation reporting
- Secure client portals and need-to-know access

Logistics & Transport
What we typically find. Dispatch runs on phone calls, proof of delivery is paper, exceptions are discovered on invoice disputes, and nobody can see the network in real time.
The outcome we aim at. Same-day operational truth and disputes settled with evidence.
What we build here
- Dispatch, routing and driver applications
- Offline-tolerant capture and proof of delivery
- Live network visibility and exception handling
- Customer tracking and automated notification

Healthcare
What we typically find. Patient flow is managed on paper, records are hard to retrieve at the point of care, scheduling is manual, and reporting to funders or regulators consumes clinical time.
The outcome we aim at. Clinical time returned, and reporting that does not depend on heroics.
What we build here
- Patient flow, scheduling and queue management
- Structured records access with strict permissions
- Programme and outcome reporting
- Privacy, audit and consent by design

Institutions & Programmes
What we typically find. Applications and cases arrive in inconsistent formats, eligibility decisions are hard to evidence, and reporting to boards and funders is assembled by hand under deadline.
The outcome we aim at. Defensible decisions, auditable records and reporting that assembles itself.
What we build here
- Application, eligibility and case management
- Beneficiary and member records with strict access control
- Document, approval and audit workflow
- Board and funder reporting produced from source data

Companies Entering African Markets
What we typically find. Systems designed for another market assume payment instruments, connectivity, addressing and staffing models that do not hold here — and local digital credibility is missing entirely.
The outcome we aim at. An operation that works here and reports cleanly into headquarters.
What we build here
- Local digital presence and market-appropriate positioning
- Payment, identity and addressing designed for the market
- Operational systems that work on local infrastructure
- Integration with group systems and reporting standards

What buyers ask us first.
Do you only work in these industries?
No. These are the sectors where we have the deepest pattern knowledge. The underlying discipline — mapping an operation, designing the workflow, building the system, driving adoption — transfers. Where we lack sector depth, we say so and price the learning curve honestly rather than passing it to you.
We are a small operator. Are we too small?
Possibly, and we will say so directly. Our engagements suit organisations where a system change has meaningful commercial consequence. Below that, a well-chosen off-the-shelf product usually beats anything custom, and we will point you to one.
Do you work outside Ghana?
Yes. We are based in Accra and work across West Africa, with clients and partners in Canada and internationally — including companies entering African markets who need systems that work in local conditions.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team or vendor?
Frequently. We take the parts your team does not have capacity or specialism for, and we work to your standards and toolchain. We will not, however, take accountability for outcomes we do not control — that gets agreed in writing at the start.
Sector knowledge shortens the expensive part.
Tell us your industry and the operating problem. If we have solved something structurally similar, discovery gets faster and cheaper — and we will tell you where our knowledge runs out.
Projects scoped after discovery. We qualify on objective, timeline and project size before any proposal.
